Return & Exchange Policy

At ZS Perfumez, your satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love every fragrance you purchase from us. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return and exchange policy under the conditions below.

1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • You have the original receipt or proof of purchase
  • The product was purchased directly from our official website (zsperfumez.pk)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We cannot accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product has been opened, tested, or used
  • The packaging is damaged or missing
  • The product was not purchased directly from ZS Perfumez

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly share clear photos or videos showing the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund (as applicable).

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  2. mention your order number, reason for return, and attach relevant photos (if applicable)
  3. Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake from our side.

6. Exchange Process

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund:

  • The new item will be shipped after we receive the original product in unused condition.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
